Prior to becoming a Business and Executive Coach, Eva spent seven years as the Australian CFO for a major international company. The local business was turning over more than $1b and had a workforce of more than 2000 people. Her people management responsibilities covered a group of 100 individual.s Eva applies coaching as her natural form of leadership. She believes in the staff member's ability. She provides support and feedback that motivates, resulting in increased productivity and significant career progression for staff members. Eva has worked through a number of organisational restructures and business integrations, and has firsthand experience of how coaching is a powerful support practice to sustain through major workplace changes.
