Marcus’ passion is helping health & community organisations use technology to change the world, improve client outcomes and strengthen communities. Working at Infoxchange, a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to ‘technology for social justice’, Marcus provides technology advice and services to organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Recently he has:
- Developed a range of Digital Business Kits freely available at www.ImproveIT.org, designed to help organisations use IT effectively
- Worked with organisations across the South Island of New Zealand to develop practical IT plans and improve client outcomes
- Advised Barwon organisations participating in the National Disability Insurance Scheme trial how they can make better use of technology to work effectively under the NDIS
- Worked in the Bayside region of Melbourne to help health providers better leverage e-Health initiatives and improve health outcomes.
Prior to joining Infoxchange, Marcus worked at IBM, the Transport Accident Commission, and Nous Group – where he lead work to benchmark corporate services in the non-profit sector and develop IT strategies.
