Nicole Findlay is the WISE Employment, Specialist Projects, Indigenous Opportunities and Northern Indigenous Employment (NIE) Partnership Coordinator. She was awarded the Boonde Mak Balletak Reconciliation Award winner (2013) and has also been a Triple R Community Broadcaster since 2000.
She has twenty years experience working with disadvantaged Australians and providing specialist community engagement, partnership and project manager. The experience has enabled her to develop extensive relationships and knowledge working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and those with disability, justice backgrounds and mental health.
Nicole is the co-founder and coordinator of the NIE working group, a multi-award winning Aboriginal employment partnership initiative which aims to increase Aboriginal employment outcomes in Melbourne’s north.
